 At 2 DICTATE 2, our state of the art software network allows clients
to call into our voice servers via our toll free number and dictate with
simple, easy to follow prompts or deliver their dictation via Olympus
hand held digital recorders. Our team is immediately able to access
dictation, which allows for outstanding turn around time. All transcribed
documents go through a strict quality adherence program before being returned
to our secure FTP site or via encrypted email.
Our goal is for administrative assistants to be able to retrieve the
document and click to print. If requested, client’s letterhead
and physician’s digital signatures can be added to documents providing
greater expedition of the letters and cost effective solutions on the
office end.
 We also provide the option and capability to store and access important information on our FTP server. Currently, we are testing a Microsoft Access program, which allows for quick, compact storage and easy accessibility from any computer with Internet access.
Our servers are fault tolerant with battery backup,
and all data is recoverable in the instance of a system failure. Additionally,
all transcriptionists' computers are password protected for
patient confidentiality, and information stored on our server
is secure and protected meeting HIPAA compliance.
